ALL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE For all members of AARP, AAA, and the military, we offer a 10% discount on all Sunday through Thursday nights excluding holidays, the Peak Season, and Spring Break. Guests staying 6 nights at the regular rate receive the 7th night Free (except in Peak Season when the 7th night is $131). Note: This special is not available with other specials or discounted rates. Discounts and specials cannot be combined. * Units are available at low monthly rates for our Winter Texan friends. Call for details and availability! * A stay of two nights is the minimum except during holidays and the Peak Season when the minimum stay is three nights. The maximum occupancy is six (6) people including children. Advance reservations require a deposit equal to one night's charge and must be received no later than 7 days from the time the reservation is placed. The balance of the payment is due at the time of check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or cash. Cancellations must be received 5 days prior to the planned arrival date to qualify for a refund. Check-in Time is 4:00 p.m. Check Out is 11:00 a.m. SORRY - NO PETS ALLOWED
