Gulf Shores Unit 607

Although I would not rent 607 again, I certainly will consider another unit based on the exemplary customer service Gulf Shores' staff provided to me and my sister who stayed in 603. Don and JR came to our rescue on multiple occasions and Mr. Gabriel Lopez took time out of his busy schedule to visit my sister to offer any other help she made have needed. Stephanie, a member of the office staff, handled my reservation when my system wouldn't work, and did so in a friendly, compassionate way. Once I got settled in, she answered my calls and gave me the information I requested. At check out, Kelsey took care of it in an efficient manner.Every staff person mentioned, as well as housekeeping staff whose names I didn't get, greeted us with smiles and offers to help during our 4-day stay. HUGE KUDOS TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!!

The beach and ocean view is gorgeous from this condo! We plan on coming back. Had a very good night's sleep - I have a bad back and I am particular about my bed - the mattresses are very comfortable and very supportive! All items in the condo from bedding, towels, healthy "stainless steel cookware", and dishes were just right for cooking. It was a very nice complex and everyone was friendly. The beach and area are beautiful! I highly recommend these condos and this area. Here are some things that could be tidied up, but not deal breakers. Add a few more coffee cups. I think there are only four. Trash and replace any non-stick pans that are highly scratched! They are unhealthy and do not look good. Provide directions on how to use the under-counter lights. We discovered they were unplugged from above the microwave (I guess someone did not know how to turn them off). Once plugged in and turned on, we discovered each light has a hand wave sensor to turn off and on. NEAT!

It was one of the best Christmas Days my wife and I have ever had. Gabriel the manager came up and helped with the TV. The staff has always been great!!

We enjoyed our visit to #607 again. The only ding was the window shades on a couple of the doors were stuck and maintenance came and fixed them. Then the fans and remotes in the front room's did not work properly. Both were one speed and no lights. Other than that it was good. Very nice and clean. We will re rent this unit in the future

Wonderfully appointed unit with stunning ocean views the moment you open the front door. Our family had a blast here once again. Gulf Shores is by far our favorite condo to stay on Port A and is the only place we've stayed at for many years. The staff are great and the location perfect. We cannot wait to come again soon!

Nice room but needs mor comfortable furniture in the living area

We loved this place. Everything was nice, neat, clean, well stocked with all of the basics and the appliances worked. They even have luggage valet carts and more than one elevator. We ended up spending an entire day on the balcony b/c of the spectacular view. There was a shark sighting. The boardwalk was easily accessible. Lots of parking. Great stay! :o)

From start to finish everything and everyone were outstanding. Easy, clean, quiet, nicely appointed, amenities well done and cost very acceptable for what you receive. Walk through the door and the view immediately chills you out!Great Place to stay. Thank you staff.

My husband and I arrived at Unit 607 very tired! We loved the glass doors that opened up across the porch and the sound of the ocean. Every part of our stay was perfection. The AC worked perfectly, the water pressure was wonderful and the kitchen had all that we needed. The biggest treat was the pelicans who loved the air flow around the front top of the building and many tens of hundreds of pelicans flew back and forth in front of our unit everyday. They were so close you could see every feather! We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool area! And the ease of getting to the beach with the beach wagons and the ramps and the cleaning station made the beach part so enjoyable! We hope to go again and soon! We will ask for 607 with its beautiful peace and comfort and well appointed baths.

Front desk staffs are supper nice and helpful before arrive and during stay.The view is the best....best.....best. Love it.The beach is in the back yard....no need to walk much. Love itThe shower to wash the sand before go back to the room is greatly appreciated.The pool and Jacuzzi are very clean.I like sliding door for the bed room - supper coolVery relaxing.....this is a real OCEAN VIEW. Not just ocean viewI will be back soon.

The unit was great, loved the big long balcony. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the beds were comfy.

I was overwhelmed by how NICE our condo was! Everything was pristine clean when we came in and was so impressed by al of the room. Loved the kitchen area we cooked in and the decor was so cute❤️. This place had everything we needed for our stay of 4days/3 nights. The staff was SO friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed being able to access the beach so easily from our room. The grilling/game area is so fun to use as well with outdoor yard games! Even needed to use the laundry room. The only negative was the card swiper in laundry didn't work for me. Other than that, it was the perfect stay and WILL be back! ☀️

Our stay at Gulf Shores was absolutely perfect! The view was beautiful and the sound of the waves at night made for a wonderful night's sleep. All of the amenities were very well kept and the office staff was extremely polite and helpful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen for preparing meals. We will definitely be going back in the near future.

Condo was clean and laid out well. Great balcony view. Beds were comfortable. Living room furniture could have been more comfortable for our long term stay but would be fine for a week or so stay. Living room rug needs cleaned or replaced. Ice maker needs repair. Sounds like several problems but the condo management and services were top notch, quick to respond and so very nice. The overall experience could not have been better!

Gulf Shores is a very special place. Not just because it is close to the water..which is wonderful. Not just because the beach is wide, clean, and spectacularly beautiful, although that alone is a reason to go. For us, the real reason to go to Gulf Shores is the caring, helpful, attentive people that operate and care for the place.They are more like family than staff.

We loved our short stay at Gulf Shores! My daughter and I and my 3 granddaughters were delighted with our condo #607. Right on the beach with beautiful views, we were a very short walk to the beach. Everything was just perfect! Friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to help us with some special requests. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, clean and Covid protection ready. My only complaint - we couldn't stay longer!Gulf Shores is now my favorite place to stay on Mustang Island and I've been coming here for 65 years! Thank you Gabe and all your staff for making our stay such a great one! We'll definitely be back!

Had everything that was needed in the condo. Really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay here! The room was so nice and the condos are very close to the beach. The hot water heater stopped working while we were there but they came to fix it quickly. Our only issue was the condo below ours was being renovated, so there was A LOT of noise. Only during the day, so it wasn't really an issue. But one day while we were eating lunch we could barely hear each other talk. A heads up about the construction would have been nice. Other than that it was great. We'd definitely stay here again!

We came for a short girls trip and were very happy with the condo!! It's been beautifully designed after the hurricane. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Our only problem was the tv. We couldn't get the cable to work but I called down to the office and within minutes someone was there to fix it. The views from the balcony were wonderful! We will definitely be back!!

Your front office staff always personally picked up the phone when I called. Especially appreciated allowing the early check in since we were in Port A. The room was fresh and clean. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the view of the beach. And the short walk to the beach was always a treat. We will be back.
