Gulf Shores Unit 609

We have been coming here for years. It's a great place to stay!

This was our second stay in Unit 609, and overall we loved the unit even more than the previous stay. The blinds on the waterfront side of the Unit have been upgraded and the living area chairs have been upgraded since our last stay. Both upgrades elevated the Unit and made it even more comfortable than before. The views from both balconies are fantastic, and we enjoyed using the private balcony in the front of the Unit. The management staff was friendly and welcoming. We look forward to returning again soon!

Very nice stay, the only issue I had was that the security light shines into the front bedroom, and even with curtains it shines thru. I had to put towels on top of the curtain rod to block the light after folding the sheers to double them up over the rod then that blocked the light. Other than that it was a very nice stay. Nice staff very courteous.

Rooms were clean and in order when we arrived. All amenities were great! Even though construction was occurring, they ensured that our stay was worthwhile.

Always an excellent time at Gulf Shores. We've been coming here for over 20 years now and the staff as well as the facilities are always improving. Thank you!!!

We've been staying at Gulfshore's for over 15 years and in over 5 different units. The management is the best they have had. Gabe and the group do a great job of maintaining the site and the guests.

The staff was kind and helpful. The view from the unit was amazing. The condo itself was perfect. I love how spacious the condo felt when the doors between the living room and bedroom were open. I also loved how the condo wasn't too cluttered with stuff. We felt comfortable and at home. Truly, we spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the gulf. What a view!

As useual our stay in #609 was very nice. We love this Condo. And the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay in the near future. Gulf Shores is the best Condos in Port A.

Lovely condo with a great view! Nice location, close to the beach. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony at sunrise. We will be back.

Can't get any closer to the beach than this! Lovely condo with views of beach and bayside. Clean and comfortable top floor unit.The only problem we saw was not with the unit but with the boardwalk. The distance from the boardwalk to the sand was aleast 12inches….very dangerous especially for older folks like myself. The safety end treatment needs addressed before someone gets hurt and calls their lawyer

The condominiums are super clean, they have very nice people and the staff, what I like is the beach is right there so for sure I will come back to the condominiums again.

We have stayed at Gulf Shores the last two summers. We love the beach and both condos in which we have stayed. Everything was great and the view is absolutely spectacular.

Loved this place. It was our toddler's first trip to the beach and we loved the convenience of the location, not to mention the views. We ate every meal on our balcony overlooking the gulf. Can't wait to return!

609 has always been our favorite condo!! We always check to see if this one is available when making reservations. The renovations were done beautifully! We will always come back!!

Darling condo with TWO balconies. I loved being on the end and top with only one neighbor. Gorgeous view of the ocean; you felt like you were on the beach even when you were on the balcony. Perfect spot for a Port A getaway. Loved it so much!

Perfect place to stay in Port A. Staff is always helpful, rooms are always clean and have everything you could need. It's all about the balcony and the view, not to mention how close you are to the beach. Coming back every year I can!

Please ask your employees to wear masks consistently in the office. Pulling your mask up when someone enters the office doesn't count.

Would like to make a standing reservation for that one unit #609 every year (second weekend of July).Some suggestions: water pressure in middle bathroom near kitchen is very low, toliet wouldn't flush sometimes and sink pressure was very little. Weatherstripping on patio view was poor. Water came in from rains. Wind was howling thru poor weather stripping, got some ants in that bed and along walls - got into suitcases. Over all we loved it but would be nice if these items were fixed.

Very nice place only down fall was hotel only had chairs no umbrella s but there was a company that rented some on the beach.We will be back thanks for a great vacation

We stayed two nights in Unit 609. The unit was really nice. The views are spectacular and the place was very clean and is well layed out. The only negatives were that the exhaust fan in the master bath did not work, there was no cutting board in the kitchen, and a floor towel and hand soap was not left in the master bath. Also, the TV remote did not work, though it is possible we couldn't figure it out - but we didn't spend much time trying as we really didn't miss not having TV. The location, right on the beach affording easy access via a short boardwalk to the sand, and the amazing view from the wall to wall & floor to ceiling glass doors far outweighed the few negatives. We would strongly consider this property over others we've stayed at in the past in the Port A/North Padre area and would try to get 609 again if we return.

Had a great time except for a jelly fish bite! That's the way it is! ‍♀️

The woman in the office was very professional kind and helpful. The room was absolutely gorgeous and the had a wonderful time reconnecting with my sisters

The room was very nice. Only one thing I would change-the lighting in the living-room/extra bedroom. There is no lightning! A small light bulb over the dining table is all there is. An easy fix just put a small table between the leather sectional and put a lamp on it. Now the staff-the whole staff was the best especially a young lady by the name of Casandra.There was no pitcher to make my husband juice so she sent someone out buy one for us. I would gladly come back and will tell anyone what a great place you have

Absolutely gorgeous gulf views make this the perfect getaway for couples. My GF and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is well kept and very cozy. We love the fact that it's got the extra porch area and no neighbors on the right side. Unit #609 is the one we will be booking every time.

We loved staying at Gulf Shores Condos unit 609. The condo was decorated so cute and very clean. Awesome location and right on the beach. Can't wait to go back and stay longer. Great customer service!

I haven't rented in a long time in Port A since I have two condos there. Both have been down since Hurricane Harvey. Loved the room! The view and location were perfect! I loved the extra private balcony space. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Some item you may want to upgrade: better padding on the bed or better mattresses. It wasn't too much of a comfortable sleep. Also, there is not enough lighting in the dinning room or bedroom and none in the living room. It was difficult playing board games, puzzles, etc. I brought sewing but didn't have enough light in the evening. Also, I wish I would have brought cleaning supplies or maybe had some provided. I stayed one week and didn't have disinfectants or broom to clean up properly. This may need to be a consideration during longer stays while we get through this covid issue. All in all, beautiful, peaceful, wonderful place. Thank you!
