Gulf Shores Unit 401

Everything was great! Maybe handicap handles can be installed in bathtub bathroom. We were so happy you fixed your boardwalk step, down by the beach entrance, so much better. Thank-you!

Unit 401 was a nice condo. We enjoyed our stay.On the morning we were leaving, there were spotty electrical outages in the building. No A/C but the lights in the utility room were on. No elevator, we had to carry all of our stuff down 3 flights of stairs. Nothing from management. No apologies, no help, no one came around, they just wanted to know if we checked out. Really!I love Gulf Shores but this was unacceptable.

Overall the condo was great. Love how close it is to the beach! Loved having the end unit with an area at the front door where we could hang our wet clothes to dry out overnight. We could never get the living room fan to work. The wifi router was unplugged when we got there so it took us a while to figure out why we weren't getting wifi but we got it once we realized it was unplugged and plugged it in. When the big storm came in and knocked out all the power we saw that there was some kind of leak at the sliding doors to the balcony. The floor was a little wet to the right of where the doors met. We put a towel down, I think the leak was coming from above us as we could hear it dripping. The only think I would strongly suggest is that you invest in a generator just strong enough that it would power the elevators in the case of a power outage like we had. There were several elderly people really struggling to get their stuff down the stairs on Monday morning.

Condo was nice and clean! Beautifully decorated for beach! Front desk was friendly and helpful. Love that the beach is so close with walk over bridge and cleaning areas to wash sand! Beautiful pool too! The only thing I would change is new mattress for one of the beds was caving in with the mattress topper but I love the condo Overall and definitely will come back!

Great views and staff! Condo was very clean, decor a tastefully done. Living room , dining room and bedroom furniture comfortable although the mattresses were a little too soft for us. We have two handicapped people and soft mattresses makes it hard to get in and out of bed. The heights of the beach view beds was good. Loved the walk in shower and that both bathrooms had the hose attachments for ease of washing hair for little people. Would rent again! Loved having access to washer and dryer plus beach chairs and toys. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful trip to Port A and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. The beach decor was cute and homey. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The office staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and hope to be able to get this unit again. It was just my hubby and I so we didn't really need 2 bedrooms. This set up is perfect for a family with a couple of kids. Not ideal for two couples since the front sleeping area was open. Would be good to have a partition or barn door to separate sleep area from living room for true two bedroom set up.

Everything was clean and organized which I loved. The only down fall about this condo 401 was the bed mattress in the separate room. It made my back hurt due to a hole that would sink in. The bed definitely needs a NEW mattress

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The condo has amazing views. There was a couple of days during our stay that I had to work. It was enjoyable to work and look out to the ocean. My children had a blast and thanked us multiple times a day. We will definitely be reserving this space again.

As always, had a fun time at Gulf Shores. Service was excellent and also enjoyed the extra activities. The entire staff is very helpful and cordial.

Greetings!We've been long time Gulf Shores vacationers. Our 25 year stint was interrupted by the pandemic and hurricane. This was our first time back since. The redecorating is great and up to date. The four star rating versus five star is totally the lack of comfort of all the existing mattress.

We've stayed at Gulf Shores many times but unit 401 was truly the best! The views of the front, pool area, and beach side were awesome. Unit was clean and well taken care of. Going forward we will check to see if 401 is available first before slating another.

We had a great stay. Thanks for all the hospitality.

We loved our visit/vacation. 401 was very nice, clean, etc. We loved this corner unit and our fabulous view of the gulf outside our door. We will certainly be back.

We loved our stay at Gulf Shores Condo. The unit was beautiful and very comfortable. It was great to be right on the beach and convenient to every where we wanted to go.

The best prices, location and amenities are at Gulf Shores! The worst part of our stay was having to leave!! Steps from the beach and pool, great for kids of all ages! The staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be first choice every time need a beachgetaway.

Gulf Shores Condos are outstanding. Their check-in is easy. The representatives at the desk are accommodating. Maintenance is friendly. Unit 401 is clean. We love the decor and the two porches on water side and at the back. When the wind blows or sun is too hot the other porch is useful. This is our second year at GSC and in this unit.

A nice condo! Also, the staff was very helpful when we needed help! See you soon!

My daughter and i stayed for 3 nights to celebrate my 55th birthday. The condo was delightful. The double balcony was a fabulous surprise. Everything was well organised, even received a phone call from reception to inform me that the condo was ready for early check in. Staff was very friendly.

Great location! Far enough away from crowds, but close to bars/restaurants.Love the corner unit with great views from private front porch and balcony.Condo customer services have a friendly and accommodating staff. Really appreciate them! Well appointed and comfortable condo.

We have been coming to Gulf Shores for many years and usually stay in a different unit. (It was not available)This particular unit needs updating. I was under the impression that all had been updated since Hurricane Harvey. This is not the case although some of the furniture and bedding are probably newer than the pictures on the website. The unit seemed a little dirty overall and needs a good cleaning, decluttering and repainting. There was an issue with the beachside shower leaking down to the unit below us. Did not effect our stay. Also around 2 am one morning we were awakened by the fire alarm going off. We had to wait outside until fire dept arrived. No evidence of a fire was found. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I inquired about different units that are a little nicer and more up to date. The lady at the front desk suggested a few we have not stayed in to try next time. The pool, hot tub and bbq areas were all great. We will definitely come back to Gulf Shores because the view is spectacular. We will just stay in 301 or one of the others suggested by the staff.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Was disappointed that the "two" bedroom is really a one bedroom with a bed in the living room out in the open. Anti-slip strips on boardwalk need to be replaced and maintained.

Sweeping views of ocean and easy access to beach with a nice pool. What is not to like? Gem of an accommodation on quiet San Padre Island. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We did enjoy our stay. It would have been nice to have some separation for the "SECOND" bedroom. I really wouldn't call that a bedroom. It worked, but would have preferred some privacy as our traveling friends had in theirs. The bed in the true bedrooms needs a little work.... maybe a new mattress or just a better bedframe that doesn't move so easily. We loved having the two balconies and being so close to the water. Something else to consider is a way to keep the golf carts overnight, kind of a hassle to return each night and not be able to take advantage to 3 day rentals. Overall, we would defiantly book again at Gulf Shores and plan to next year. Loved so much about it.

My husband and I needed a getaway to relax and decided to rent the condo 401. When we arrived everything was nice and clean and it was nicely decorated. The view of the ocean was beautiful from our balcony and we could hear the ocean waves at night. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend GulfShores Condominiums!!

My wife and I came to Port A for the first time for a short 3 nite getaway and had a wonderful stay at Gulf Shores. We had one beautiful day on the beach and a couple of cold ones. Despite the cold weather we enjoyed the stay and the view of the ocean for our room. It was most comfortable and we felt at home. Our condo had everything we needed for relaxing and enjoying our time. We look forward to coming back in a little warmer time of year to see more of what Port Aransas has to offer.

The bed was comfortable; listening to the waves at night was just so relaxing, exactly what we needed. We've been coming to Gulf Shores for many years now and And this is the first time we've been able to stay in an end unit. Will book this unit again in the future, if it's available. It had everything in the kitchen we needed as far as tools are concerned. Even a greater for Parmesan cheese for our pasta with shrimp garlic and spinach.

This trip was for a long weekend getaway to have a late anniversary celebration and to get some fresh air and changr from the Coronavirus lock down. It was perfect! We fished right in front of the condos and you could easily walk back to the room for a snack or whatever. It was that close! Also 401 is an end unit so you also had your own private front patio that you could close off and enjoy a private view of the sunset in the bay! ...but the most spectacular thing was the floor to ceiling glass doors that spanned the entire back of the unit!!! Waking up every morning and being able to watch the sun rise over the ocean was breathtaking! We got lucky with the weather as Beta had just passed through the week before and the temperature was 80s and sunshine every day. There is a nice size pool and hot tub at the front, 2 working elevators. Check in was easy and there were carts to haul your stuff to the room. The condo was very clean and had updated appliances with all the dishes and utensils you need to stay in and eat if you wish. The staff was very helpful and nice and we met several owners who were very friendly We! We cannot wait to go back! It was simply perfect!

We arrived later in the evening after office hours, but the front office was great and left the keys in the room for us. Unit 401 was very spacious, clean, and the view couldn't get any better unless we were actually on the beach. Coffee in the morning on at sunrise and an evening drink at sunset on the balcony is a must. The walk from the condo to the beach is unbeatable. Great for a family or a couple's quick getaway. Fingers crossed we will be back sooner than later!

I planned this trip as a chance for my husband and I to reconnect. Imagine our surprise when we arrive to find out a Hurricane was forming off the gulf. We decided to stay and have wonderful memories of our stay.Management was awesome!!! They were very informative on the weather and what to expect. They even stopped by during the storm to make sure we were okay.The unit was very clean and the view was magnificent... Front row seats to the hurricane coming in off the gulf.I can not wait to plan our next trip minus the weather!!!

It was very nice room and had everything we needed and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. we enjoyed the pool it was very clean and liked being close to the beach for our ocean fix.
