Reservation Policies

  • First Night deposit is due immediately upon making the reservation. 
  • Remaining balance due in full at check-in.
  • Everyone in your party must be at least 25 yeard of age or older unless accompnied by a parent.
  • No Pets Allowed.
  • Maximum occupancy limits of 6 people are enforced.
  • Upon departure, the unit must be left in the same condition as it was upon your arrival. Also, any dishes used in the course of your stay must be rinsed, placed in the dishwasher, and the dishwasher started. Trash must be removed prior to departure and deposited in one of the dumpsters located on property. Any unit requiring excessive cleaning will have the cleaning fee doubled.
  • Accidental Damages to Rental Property- Accidental damage protection is included for any damages or accidents, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period up to $1,500. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the leaseholder.
  • Gulf Shores Condominiums strives to provide all of its guests with a unique tropical vacation experience. While Gulf Shores Condominiums will make every effort to keep you in your chosen unit, we regretfully cannot guarantee a specific condo as all units are individually owned and some circumstances may arise outside of Gulf Shores’s control.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the arrival date to receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee and the $20 reservation processing fee.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation is not made 5 days prior to arrival date.
  • Any changes in reservation dates must be made at least 5 days prior to arrival date.
  • **Long Term (30+ days) rentals require 30 days notice to receive deposit back less $25 cancellation fee and the $20 reservation processing fee.
