Gulf Shores Unit 505

you can't find this view anywhere but at this condo. This unit is beautiful and perfect. Perfect in every way. Great service from the staff as always.

Enjoyed staying there. Being older, two bedside tables would be very helpful. Bedroom TV was hard to use, it didn't work. Could find on off switch for light over the sink. Turns out, it was unplugged. 

My kids really enjoyed room 505, this was their first time to come to Gulf Shores. I think the only thing that needed attention was the rug in front of the two couches. Just needed replacing. Thanks

Nice room and very clean, the only thing I would say is to replace the rug in front of the TV and the couch was looking very tired

The condo was very nicely decorated. It had everything you need in the kitchen for a cookout or simple meal. This place is perfect if you want to just relax and not have to be carrying everything to the beach. The convenience was great especially when you have small kids. The 2 things I suggest is a fan in the bedroom closest to the balcony. It wasn’t cool due to the very large windows. 

The only issue we had was the tar on the beach, this was no fault of the condo, but appreciated the that they had a station on the boardwalk with rags to clean our shoes,and items. But the tar was really bad, we ruined a couple of pair of shoes, a bathing suit.The service at the Condo was great, room was clean, loved the unit, would reserve it again

Overall, the condo had a nice feel and had a great balcony view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the king bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and caused very restless nights for us. The dishes and silverware were dirty when we arrived. We had to fill up the dishwasher to wash the dishes we expected would be cleaned and ready for us. As we did that we realized the dishwasher is not working properly so anything washed in it will be dirty in the near future. We did report the broken patio chairs on the balcony but we miscalculated. All but one were able to be used. You need those tall chairs to look over the railing. We found we weren't able to use the balcony in the mornings/evenings as we planned. The pool was smaller than what we imagined but it was nice to access to one. Again, overall, we had a nice stay.

Very well renovated and decorated unit, clean and soft towels! Amazing ocean view and easy and fast access to the sea! Very satisfied and will for sure return again soon!!

Unit 505 is very nice and well decorated. The view is amazing and the beach access and view from the terrace was spectacular. The only complaint we have is that there were no hangers in any of the closets.

Lovely condo with everything you need. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen well equipped. The weather was chilly for sunrise and there were small blankets/shawls available for anyone that needed one. We were four sisters in our 60's with our 95 year old mother. We have been coming to Port A for decades, staying at Gulf Shores mostly. The front office was so nice, making everything very easy for checking in. They even called us hours before to tell us the room was ready! We had a wonderful time. This was a great trip.

Great beach location! Unit was nicely appointed, we felt right at home. Gulf Shores staff was friendly and helpful. We will visit again.

This unit is so pretty. It feels professionally decorated. From the calming colors to the artwork and furniture, it is gorgeous and we really appreciated the choice in decor used throughout which created a calming ambiance. The balcony is extra large and has a straight-on view of the sunrise over the ocean. Lot of sunshine in the morning but thankfully the unit has darkening shades which is very thoughtful. We really appreciated the room divider which turns the unit into a full two-bedroom, without taking away from the view. The unit was clean with plenty of dishes, cups, pots/pans, and silverware to accommodate our family of 6. It also provided some fun sand toys that the kids definitely put to use. The community pool area is nice with a non-heated pool, heated jacuzzi, and kids playground with swings and slide. The rec room offers hot coffee and tea which was nice to grab on the way in, after a long day at the beach.

Every visit to Gulf Shores has been wonderful! Room 505 was indeed exceptional during this visit. The staff are always so professional yet jovial and friendly. Already looking forward to our visit next year!

We loved the condo. The room and beach were clean and the staff was super nice. We started staying at Gulf Shores in the early 80's and switched due to the rooms and elevators becoming old and run down. This was our first trip back since the early 2000's and it was better than ever. Can't wait to see you guys again next summer!

Residing here for our 20th anniversary was a great decision. We adored the room with its' sliding doors opening all the way. Waking up in bed right beside the ocean was a luxury. Office staff so sweet. We will be back!!

Wonderful house. Clean and properly arranged. Loved the stay.Only thing I noticed was the exhaust fans (yes in both bathrooms) were having troubles. Thought of letting know but that is not a reason to reduce the rating.... you get 5 stars!

Great and very relaxing few days. I have been coming to Gulf Shores since the late 80's and will continue to stay there. We love just sitting on the patio and watching the little kids as well as taking our own walks in the sand. Being able to wake up to the sunrise view is fantastic. All the staff were friendly and helpful!

I have been visiting Gulf Shores Condominiums for years, and, hands down, this is one of the best places to stay in Port A: comfortable, spacious, and quiet rooms, best views of the beach, easy access to the beach, and short drive access to Port A and Corpus. And the staff is absolutely wonderful! Will definitely be back soon!

505 was decorated so nice and the view was amazing. We were there from Monday thru Thursday the week before Labor Day. Beach wasn't crowded. Very relaxing time to come.

This entire Gulf Shores complex is great for someone not wanting the BS of mass hotels. From the outside it doesn't look impressive, but the convenience of the place (i.e. - small number of units) along with how clean and newly-renovated our room was make this a place we will definitely book every time we go back to Port A.

This condo has a beautiful full view of the ocean! We loved sitting on the porch with a perfect view! And it's super close. The boardwalk is very short. I've stayed in many places in Port A, but this is by far the closest to the beach. The condo has been remodeled and it's very pretty inside.

Beautiful, roomy condo with everything you need. Beds are fairly comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and we loved the quick access to Port A. Condo has beautiful views of the gulf as well. Highly recommend.

We are a group of long time friy, who had not vacationed in Port A for a long time. The building has been very well renovated, and our unit 505 was beautifully appointed! We were comfortable and had everything we needed. The office staff was courteous and very helpful. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would rent there again.

First time staying here after 20 years of coming to the coast- and now one of my favorite places! The unit was clean, quiet, spacious and well furnished. Kitchen had all the tools we needed. Only 30 yards to the sand! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Gulf Shores will be my new go to condo!

My daughter and I had stayed at Gulf Shores just before hurricane Harvey hit. Since then we had been so disappointed that it was closed. So, when I got the news that it had re-opened, we immediately made reservations. Stayed in a beautifully decorated unit and our stay was perfect even though the weather did not cooperate several days. Found some wonderful places to eat also. We will definitely return in 2022.

Room was clean and all appliances were operational. Information about Covid-related services were clear. TV system was different than my Satellite system at home and all my alternate accounts and passwords to other TV apps were restrictive. Elevator system was poorly operational.

This unit was just as pictured on the web--gorgeous views, short walk to the beach, and classy decor. The communication between the Gulf Shores staff and myself was seamless and thorough. We all enjoyed the location and relaxed in a clean, restful unit. Thank you!

So glad we found Gulf Shores and this unit (#505). So close to the beach with wonderful views. I'm assuming this unit has been recently updated as everything appears new. Very pleasing color palette, nice furnishings, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Walk to the beach has got to be the shortest in all of Port A. Staff was very welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. Special call-out to Colette for making our check-in a breeze. We'll be back for sure!

We loved our stay at gulf shores. We stayed in room 505 which was very nice. The view of the gulf was fantastic. The condo had everything we needed for our two week stay. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Everthing was great.But I would recommend putting a ramp to/on the beach rather than just stairs.This would benefit all. the mothers with small kids so they don't have to carry them up the stairs. It would also help the elderly and handicap immensely

we rented 3 units, and gathered to cook and eat in this one. We had to borrow skillets from next door, but we had a lot of cooking to do. Also it would be better if you weren't so stingy mingy with the dish washer pods and trash bags. We kept having to go down to office to ask for just one more please.

This place was amazing with the beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Can't wait to stay here again.

My kids stayed in this room. It was beautiful, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, great new sliding door, surprise washer and dryer, great bathrooms, just too many throw pillows in the living room. A few are nice but this was way too many.Only negative was stationary partial petition. Prefer a full sliding petition. Facility was nicely restored, pool was great and playground. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall great stay.

Unit was great and well cared for, maintenance was quick to repair sliding door that was off the track upon arrival. Office staff polite and efficient. Only thing was it would have been nice to have more dish towels and paper towels in the kitchen.
