We're making Gulf Shores a better beachfront destination for you.

Gulf Shores is in the process of a major renovation to improve the overall building. In 2023 Gulf Shores will begin the process of resurfacing all of the walkways and patio areas in the building. Upon completion this means that all units will have increased weather protection and increased aesthetic appearance. This is a large project for condo owners and we know you are going to love the result! As we continue these enhancements, please note there will be elevated construction noise, inaccessible walkways and slightly obstructed views.

We understand that this project brings up questions for those who have already booked or are considering staying with us during this improvement phase. In efforts to help create a better experience for our guests while they stay with us during this time, we have created a FAQ section below for our guests.

When will construction begin?

Construction has already started and is estimated to be finished by Labor Day , weather permitting.

Where will construction take place?

Throughout the resort with some projects focusing on common walkways and patios.

What are my options if I have booked a unit that will be in the construction phase at the time of my arrival?

More information to come. Our Front Desk is doing their best to contact all guests ahead of time to help assist with questions and relocating those who have chosen a condo that will be affected during the time of their stay. The options would be that of being transferred to a different unit that is not affected during the stay dates, offering a refund with no cancellation penalties in addition to relocating to one of our sister properties.

Will construction occur on the weekends?

More information to come. Yes, however noise will be kept to a minimum and working hours will be from 9 am to 5 pm only.

What should I expect during a stay when construction is occurring?

Some of the projects will impact the ability to occupy certain condos, which means it is possible the vacation rental you chose would be unavailable. In the event this occurs you will be contacted ahead of time to relocate and give options.

Expect elevated construction noises that would be scheduled to start at 9 am and end by 5 pm. If there is a section of patios being worked on during your stay that impacts the floors above you, there will be semi-obstructed views from the scaffolding structure and no access to that balcony.
